WELCOME

Are you frustrated and worn out wearing too many hats?

Hitting a growth ceiling every year despite all your efforts?

If so, you are not alone!

About

Ryan Luthi

After 20 years owning and working in sales and leadership roles in small businesses I realized they all had a similar problem.  They had limited human capital, leadership and a limited budget to make big growth happen.  And above all, most CEO's were wearing way too many hats to make their dreams a reality without sacrificing their personal time which is often the reason they became a business owner in the first place.  This is where fractional leadership is a game changer.

Your Previous Options

1

Hire Junior Sales Person

The obvious win here is cost savings, they are usually cheap!  But do they have the experience to get you where you need to go?  Will they be autonomous or constantly steal your time away from real growth?  And will they actually be able to close sales and really excelerate growth?

2

Hire a Full-Time Exec

Experience and time is the draw but at what cost?  If you bet the farm on the big salary, but who will do the day to day sales?  When will this huge investment pay off?  The saying, "Too many generals and not enough solders.." comes to mind.

3

Hire a Consultant

This starts to feel better, lower cost and a shorter window of the extra expense, but what about next year and beyond?  The issue is its temporary, and when they move on, you are back in the trenches and may lose all you previously gained.

A Better Option

Hiring fractional sales leadership can give you your time back, create growth, and reduce your stress.  All this with a fraction of the budget of an expensive VP of Sales.  The goal is to work with you and your team, skill the team up, make strategic decisions with and for you and take on the big hat of sales.

By getting executive level leadership and real world experience at a fraction of the cost your budget stays under control.  Also, since fractional leadership is a longer commitment of at least a few years, you don't have to worry about the captain of the "sales ship" being gone when you go above deck!

No business can succeed with a quick fix or a lack of experience for massive growth.  Fractional sales and leadership solves both, so whats the risk in trying it out?

Step 1

Informational Meeting

The first step is going behind the scenes in your business to understand your goals, identify your current wins and see where the issues are that are preventing growth.  This whole process begins with first understanding your business.  Its very relaxed but often very informative.  And possibly the best part, it's free!

Step 2

Create Strategic Growth Plan

After one or two meetings to understand the intricacies of your business, its time for me to go to work.  I will put together a summary of the good stuff to continue and the challenges facing you with ideas and strategies to overcome them.  If you have a marketing team or company working with you, this will involve me collaborating with them to learn more about the big picture marketing plan to align with those targets and strategies.  Also FREE.

Step 3

Review the Plan

Once I have put together a plan, we will sit down in person to talk through it in detail to identify the areas we can grow your business together.  If the plan makes sense and you want to move forward, we can start right away!  If you need time to think or to schedule another meeting that's fine too.  Its all about helping you.  For piece of mind, all my employment agreements are month to month even though my commitment is for the long haul.  Since I believe in results driven relationships and stand by my committment to help you, you can cancel at anytime.
